1. Purchase & Shipping Limitations

By placing an order for the book "The Physics & Biomechanics of Golf", you agree that:

- Shipping is strictly restricted to valid UK Mainland delivery addresses.

- Any order submitted with shipping locations outside the United Kingdom will be canceled and refunded in full, minus payment processor transaction fees where applicable.

- Delivery is standard shipping via national couriers. Expected delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 business days from order placement.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Under UK Distance Selling regulations, you have a right to cancel your physical book purchase within 14 days of receipt. The book must be returned in its original, undamaged, unopened state. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, equations, biomechanics diagrams, illustrations, and manuscript excerpts displayed on this site and inside the book are the exclusive intellectual property of Barrie Van Proctor. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
